Beef is offered by the half or whole. N4K wants to prioritize the customer's needs, allowing for the live animal to be purchased and hauled, or for our team to handle the butchering process. Customers are able to determine the finishing of their beef, either grass or grain finished. We offer payment in installments if necessary.

Half: 8 to 10 cubic feet of freezer space, providing roughly 175–250 pounds of take-home meat. A 14-cubic-foot chest freezer is often recommended to allow room for organization and air circulation, though a 7–8 cubic foot freezer can fit it tightly Whole: A whole cow requires approximately 16 to 20+ cubic feet of freezer space to store the estimated 400–500 pounds of packaged meat. A 20-cubic-foot chest freezer is commonly recommended to ensure enough room for all cuts.
